Join a safe and inviting group with our host goddess Mariana as she guides you through meditation and relaxation to connect your mind and body. Each Wednesday for seven weeks.

One and a half hour session from 7pm to approximately 830pm. Bring a yoga mat, cushion and water bottle. We do have some mats and cushions if you require but we do suggest you bring your own if possible. xox
