About The Event

Stretch - Balance - Breath. In our Yogalates classes you will stretch strengthen all major muscle groups.  Support, tone and strenghten your deep core and abdominal muscles aiding in a healthy pain free spine. Relax and de-stress by learning how to breath functionally and improve your wellbeing. We also focus on Balance to support good posture and assist in preventative muscular and skeletal problems. This class is suitable for beginners to advance as we can adjust your workout to suit you. 

Please bring a towel, water bottle and an open mind. No shoes required.
